Xerochrysum bracteatum or Bracteantha - homemade tea!

Bracteantha was later classified as Xerochrysum bracteatum - also known as the paper flower, ever lasting daisy.

i know them as viva sempre; live forever!

this flower grows annually you pull the center of the flower away to reveal the seeds that you plant in may!

i have these flowers growing indoors!

you cut the heads and stems off about 10cm, hang a bunch indoors in sunlight for a month or two to dry them out.

then when dried you can consume as tea!

the flower when added to hot water curls up into a ball, looks as if the flower dies!

it gives you its life force when you drink it!

it is great for blood circulation!

i have a few for sale on my etsy!
